Quotant Quotables: Volume 1

Every now-and-then I’m going to drop a quote or two here that strikes me as significant at the time. Hopefully someone will be able to take something away from one of these suckers.

“The important thing is not so much that every child should be taught, as that every child should be given the wish to learn.” – John Lubbock

“Virtue does not always demand a heavy sacrifice-only the willingness to make it when necessary.” – Frederick Dunn

“At the end of the day all you can do is be you. Sometimes it’ll be good enough and sometimes it won’t. On those days when you’re not enough, it’s going to crush you. But I promise that there’ll be no better feeling than the day you find someone who’s completely satisfied by who you are and not by who you’re pretending to be.”
